Jason Vickrey was born and raised in Pinedale, WY, a 2006 Pinedale High School grad (Senior Class President, athlete). Moved to Twin Falls, ID in 2007 for College of Southern Idaho, earned his bachelor’s from Idaho State in 2010 without leaving CSI’s Twin Falls campus, and spent 6.5 years in college athletics (Student Manager → Director of Basketball Operations → Assistant Athletic Director). Recruited into banking in 2013 (First Federal Bank, Business Development Officer). Joined TitleOne in 2015 as VP Business Development, rising to VP Magic Valley, SVP East Region, and President/CEO in 2019 — nearly tripling revenue and growing the company from 11 to 36 counties across ID, MT, WA, and OR. Recognized as an Idaho CEO of Influence, Idaho Business Review Power 25, multiple 40 Under 40 honors, and Twin Falls Extra Mile award; TitleOne was a repeat #1 Best Place to Work in Idaho under his leadership.

Personal: married Paige in 2010; four kids (Weston, Hailey, Harper, Wyatt). Faith and a 2011 mission trip to Nairobi with Athletes in Action were formative. Jason and Paige founded the Jae Foundation in 2021 for mental health/suicide prevention awareness, in memory of his friend Jae Bing. Jason and Paige were named Twin Falls persons of the year.

In summer 2025, Jason stepped down as CEO of TitleOne to spend more time with family and community in the Magic Valley, and to fully lean into his long-held personal purpose statement — *Be a Leader. Be a Light.* — founding this company.
